Meet the Owner

Connie Worrell-Druliner, Chief Executive Officer/Owner
Connie started the Bend Express Personnel and Express Professional Staffing in 1983 and opened the Redmond Express office in 1999. She is one of the original 20 franchisees of Express Personnel (there are approximately 600 offices worldwide). Through her leadership, the Bend/Redmond offices have continued to win international awards and are in the top tier of recruiting firms across the country. This was illustrated by Connie and her staff's designation as Franchisee of the Year in 2003. In 2005 Connie received the prestigious Express Personnel Services Gordon Blair Award in recognition of her outstanding service to the organization. Connie has a history of active involvement in the community, which includes serving over 25 organizations as a board member. She currently serves on the board of the Heart Institute of Central Oregon, the board of The Center Foundation and the LibertyBank Board of Directors. In addition, she is a 20-year member of the Central Oregon Economic Development Council and served two terms as president. Most recently Connie was named Citizen of the Year by Bend Chamber of Commerce. Connie is also a founding member of City Club of Central Oregon.
